With a text section featuring art historical analysis, an interview with the artist, as well as a comprehensive overview of all works, this first monograph is like a catalogue raisonné of Chwatal’s oeuvre. At the same time, it illuminates the narrative style and method of ink wash drawing, which is highly distinctive in contemporary art.
