This study explores the Teutonic Knights from 1190 to 1561, one of the three prominent Crusading Orders alongside the Templars and Hospitallers. Initially focused on preserving the Crusader States in the Middle East, the knights aimed to reclaim Jerusalem in the name of their faith.
