Focusing on the challenges of cloud computing, this work introduces a cloud broker designed to enhance usability and efficiency. It features a performance-oriented resource and application model that allows for fair comparisons of resources, optimal infrastructure selection based on estimated resource consumption, and automated management of application deployment. The proposed solutions aim to simplify the complexities of cloud services, making it easier for users to understand performance metrics and streamline the process of deploying applications in cloud environments.
