Spätestens seit dem „Gelben Haus“ in Flims 1999 ist Valerio Olgiati ein Star der jüngeren Architektengeneration in der Schweiz. Die übrigen, vielfach auch international ausgezeichneten Bauten und Wettbewerbsbeiträge des 1996 gegründeten Büros sind jedoch außerhalb engerer Architektenkreise kaum bekannt.
