This book presents more than 300 photographs, postcards, and posters, some of which have never been published, to show the First World War from the Austro-Hungarian perspective. It starts with the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand and his wife in Sarajevo in 1914 and ends with the collapse of the Habsburg Empire in November 1918.
