Zu klein, oder? Dieses Buch erzählt keine Geschichte, sondern es wird eine Zirkusnummer beschrieben, von einem kleinen Hasen, der zu klein ist für alles, aber umso besser verschwinden und wieder auftauchen kann und damit die übrigen Tiere verärgert oder erstaunt. Der Sinn der Sache kommentiert in englisch und deutsch, erschliesst sich langsam beim Durchblättern. Der überraschende Trick ist, dass die Begebenheit zweimal erzählt und bebildert wird und nur der Text leicht abgeändert worden ist, sodass man eine andere Sicht auf das Ganze bekommt. Wirklich clever gemacht und ein leichtfüssiger Hinweis, das man Bild und Text nicht immer glauben kann und das ganz ohne Zeigefinger. Die Illustrationen spielen genau so mit, es wird am Format geschraubt. Mit dem Text wird genau so experimentiert und kann kreuz und quer gelesen werden, öfters muss man ihn sich auch zusammensetzen.
