For this project, noted photographer Tom Fahrmann sought to get beyond the usual approach to the traditional nude. His subjects were almost a hundred ordinary people of different ages and various backgrounds, whom he pictured individually or in pairs. No clothes, no make-up, and only a chair were the qualifications. The result is a simple yet intense study, of humanity, in which authenticity prevails over society's camouflage.
