This book is the culmination of Dr Wong's knowledge and experience in amalgamating western management practices and eastern philosophies together with Dr Neck's achievements in the academic world and Mr Yu's current practices in the field of Human Resources Management (HRM). Dr Neck has worked globally with development agencies including the World Bank and published widely in this field.
