Franklin est très impatient d'apprendre à sa petite sueur Anémone tout ce qu'il sait déjà : compter de un à dix, reconnaître formes et couleurs, nommer les contraires, etc. Rien de tel qu'une promenade en famille pour lui donner ses premières leçons et le professeur Franklin est un champion !
