Eighth Grade dance is about a man named Macho Man who forms a clique back in seventh grade. When his eighth grade dance comes he asks a woman name Lollipop. What Macho Man doesn't know is that she is a diabetic and that she loves him as much as he loves her. They never got to tell each other how they felt because Lollipop dies of diabetic shock. Twenty years has past and Lollipop comes back as a ghost to finally tell Macho Man that she loved him and they finally got the dance they always wanted.
Alaska is about a woman named Lucy Bundy who has been working in a medical field filing papers for the past five years. She is married to a man named Derrick who is a pharmacist at a hospital in St. Paul whom she never sees. When she tries to get a hold of Derrick at work a man answers the phone not knowing that her husband has cheated on her. When she talks to friends she finds out her husband has cheated on her since marriage as Derrick goes away for the weekend she decides to pack up everything file for a divorce without Derrick knowing and head to Alaska.
Triply Endeavors is about three people who have been friends since Kindergarten. It has been fourteen years since they graduated high school. Cal wakes up one morning and decides he should call his two lady friends Jessica and Laura to go on a road trip. They have no intended destination, but the journey it s self. As they are driving they come across a town called Staying Alive. As they walk in they talk to the care taker of the place who states the hotel had a serial killer staying their ten years ago. As they go to their hotel rooms they look around and see a dumpy mess. That is when they decide to leave and get away from Staying Alive as possible. As they are driving they come across a town called Pecker Wood. They decide to stay at the Pecker Wood Hotel which is much nicer than Staying Alive. As they check in the desk clerk tells them they got the last room due to the carnival in town. The gang decides to go to the carnival and have a goodtime, but Jessica and Laura get into a mischief which ends their journey.
