Man Ray war ein amerikanischer Künstler, der einen Großteil seiner Karriere in Paris verbrachte. Obwohl seine Verbindungen zum Dadaismus und Surrealismus informell waren, leistete er bedeutende Beiträge zu beiden Bewegungen.
