Staří Egypťané byli sběhlí ve využívání bylin a nejrůznějšího koření k léčebným či kosmetickým účelům, ale i kupříkladu v oblasti praktického vaření. Opírajíc se o staré egyptské texty a díla klasických autorů, shromáždila autorka herbář 94 druhů koření z rostlin a stromů, které používali faraónové tehdejší doby. Publikace obsahuje i autentické receptury a popisy jednotlivých léčebných procedur, které lze bez obav aplikovat i dnes.
