Excerpt from Le Rime di Guido Cavalcanti Bm Riccardiana: 1093. This 15th-century manuscript measures 290 x 220 mm and contains 56 pages. It begins with a hand-written index by Metus but is incomplete at the end, missing a page after damage to the margin that affects the text in the first seven pages. The writings are presented consecutively with rubricated initials. It is bound in parchment. The first piece is an anonymous canzone attributed to Guido. It also includes canzoni by Dante, allegories on the Metamorphoses by Giovanni del Virgilio, and letters from Luigi Marsili, Morbosiano, and Cola di Rienzi. Additionally, it features various poems by Boccaccio, Ventura Monaci, Stoppa de' Bostichi, Giovanni di Lambertuccio Frescobaldi, Lapo Gianni, Bindo Bonichi, Dante, and Forese Donati, along with an epistle from Cicero. This collection complements Par.2 and Rf, which gathers all of Dante's scattered rhymes in Rm and concludes with a canzone attributed to Guido.
