David MacKay Bücher
David MacKay war Professor an der Fakultät für Physik der Universität Cambridge. Er studierte Naturwissenschaften in Cambridge und erwarb anschließend seinen Doktortitel in Computation and Neural Systems am California Institute of Technology. Er kehrte als Royal Society Research Fellow am Darwin College nach Cambridge zurück. Er war international bekannt für seine Forschung in den Bereichen maschinelles Lernen, Informationstheorie und Kommunikationssysteme, einschließlich der Erfindung von Dasher, einer Softwareschnittstelle, die eine effiziente Kommunikation in jeder Sprache mit jedem Muskel ermöglicht.
