Jez ist Autor und Illustrator von 48 Kinderbüchern. Im Jahr 2018 veröffentlichte er sein erstes Buch für Erwachsene, 'Die Geschichte von 'Dir'', das die Reihe 'Leben jenseits der Persönlichkeit' einleitete. Seine Arbeit untersucht, wie Menschen sich von ihrem ursprünglichen Zustand der Einheit, der durch Stille und Liebe gekennzeichnet ist, entfernen, wenn sie sich mit ihrer Persönlichkeit identifizieren. Diese Identifikation führt laut Jez zu Leid, da die Persönlichkeit ihre eigene Traumwelt auf der Grundlage tief verwurzelter Überzeugungen und Emotionen erschafft, was zu ständigen emotionalen Belastungen und übermäßigem Nachdenken führt.
