Gruppenarbeit hat sich zwischenzeitlich als Sozialform im Unterricht etabliert und bietet eine Alternative zur herkömmlichen Unterrichtskultur. Jedoch sind dabei nicht nur die Lernenden, sondern auch die Lehrenden gleichermaßen verschiedensten Herausforderungen ausgesetzt. Hier ragen aus Sicht des Autors, neben der Ergebnissicherung und Leistungsbeurteilung, besonders die gruppendynamischen Prozesse und mögliche Interventionsansätze hervor. Nach einer theoretischen Auseinandersetzung mit Themen wie Gruppenphänomene, Gruppenpädagogik, theoretischer Bezug zum pädagogischen Verständnis folgt ein Fallbeispiel, das die Herausforderungen von Gruppenarbeit im Setting der Altenpflegeausbildung prägnant darstellt. Mittels der objektiven Hermeneutik werden mithilfe eines Reflexionsberichts von Auszubildenden im zweiten Lehrjahr Gruppenphänomene aufgezeigt, die sowohl für die Auszubildenden als auch den Lehrenden emotional stark geprägt waren. Durch die kritische Auseinandersetzung auch im Hinblick auf die Funktion des Lehrenden und das Bilden von Hypothesen wird deutlich, dass die lernende Gruppe als "Kollektiv-Subjekt" starken gruppendynamischen Prozessen unterworfen ist und der Lehrende hierbei eine zentrale Rolle spielt. In einer abschließenden Zusammenführung fasst der Autor Grundsätze zusammen, die von Lehrenden praxisnah übernommen und angewandt werden können.

A s ním i ti, kteří od poloviny šedesátých do poloviny osmdesátých let v Kremlu rozhodovali o tom, co velmoc jménem SSSR udělá: Alexej Kosygin, Jurij Andropov, Michail Suslov, Andrej Gromyko, Konstantin Černěnko a další.
