Contains the one-part Paradigm Shift and the return of the Red Ninja Clan and the five-part Players and Pawns storyline where Cobra Commander returns as leader while the Joes are once again called into Sierra Gordo. It all leads up to a one-on-one fight between Hawk and Cobra Commander.
