Exploring the theory of dipole radiation, this book delves into the intriguing scenario where a neutral particle suddenly polarizes, generating a stationary dipole field while adhering to causality principles. It examines the implications of this phenomenon, particularly how it creates electric field lines that suggest the presence of charges, despite the absence of actual charge movement. The text evaluates two modifications of retarded potentials and ultimately resolves the paradox by solving Maxwell's equations directly, revealing unexpected insights and deeper complexities in electromagnetic theory.

      The Dipole Radiation
    • Speed of light is a constant which predetermines local structure of the space-time. This constant specifies also the absolute upper limit of speed of any massive particle and is known to be the only possible value of speed of any massless particle. However, the message of 9/2011 from CERN and OPERA tells us that neutrino exceeds it. This message requires that all unanswered questions about relativity and causality accumulated in physics, including the question, how can neutrino do it, must now be answered. In this book problems of causality accumulated in various areas of physics, are being discussed. A theory is proposed, which shows that if neutrino is a massless particle carrying gravimagnetic charge, its speed in the field of rotating Earth differs from that of light and depends on direction.
