This study explores Albanian Organized Crime from an International Relations viewpoint, highlighting its transnational nature. It discusses how weak state structures and distrust in institutions foster organized crime, posing ongoing threats to sovereignty and security in the Balkans and beyond, necessitating a comprehensive response.
