Focusing on the unique educational needs of Student-Athletes, this study emphasizes the importance of addressing their learning challenges, time constraints, and psychological demands stemming from sports commitments. It advocates for the development of behavioral and leadership skills essential for representing their teams and schools. The research proposes a comprehensive framework for education and job readiness, highlighting four key domains: core academic skills, cross-cutting capabilities, behavioral education, and career navigation skills, ultimately aiming to enhance evaluation and feedback for Student-Athletes.
