This publication analyzes food and nutritional security in Chiapas, focusing on its four basic components over the past decade. It reveals alarming rates of undernutrition among children under five, reaching 93.8%, due to significant deficiencies in health, employment, and public services. The study proposes a methodology to address this insecurity.
