Die Studie untersucht die Auswirkungen der Wirtschaftsethik-Lehre an einer privaten Universität in Ghana auf die Absolventenleistung. Mit gemischten Methoden wurde eine positive Beziehung zwischen der Qualität der Ausbildung und der Praxis festgestellt. Zudem werden weitere Faktoren und die Notwendigkeit strengerer Überprüfungen empfohlen.
The Effect of Studying and Applying Ethics
Focusing on the impact of business ethics education in Ghanaian higher institutions, this research assesses how teaching and practicing ethics affect graduate performance. Using a mixed-method approach at a private university, the study analyzes data with SPSS software, revealing a positive correlation between quality ethics education and graduate outcomes. Additionally, it suggests that other factors also play a significant role in performance. The study advocates for stricter monitoring of ethical standards and encourages further exploration of other influencing factors.
