Distractions are insidious time thieves to some. They are liberating wealth builders for others. Like money, a distraction is a medium. It brings results of its task depending on the users motive. Some are harmless. Some are destructive life patterns that lead to poverty and want. Some bring unmeasurable power and wealth. In this literature I want to challenge my readers to identify and evaluate their distractions. Are you distracting or being distracted? When a person is honest with themselves about their time and efforts, they can truly unlock their “best life”. Like most things in life, this is a choice. I want to caution the masses to reset their distracted patterns before it is too late. Too many are going to their graves with debt and defeat. I attribute this to falling victim to distraction and it’s deceit.

Some behaviors are innate. Some are learned behaviors conditioned through our environment. No matter is they are positive or negative, we inherit them somehow. Because of this, a child's behavior is a good indication of who they are around the most.Accomplishments and traumas embed vital responses on children in their most developmental year. Children that experience immense trauma are susceptible to being emotionally disturbed. This diagnosis is not fatal physically. It can be a big hindrance mentally and socially if one does not get control of their negative behaviors. A person that has inherited destructive behaviors and propensities must desire better. This better does not have to be money. It can be relationships, careers, or mentally. They must understand the behaviors required to obtain their "better". They then have to be willing to actively participate in replacing their own behaviors. Replacing negative behaviors for positive ones in turn bring profitable results.

She was under the impression that her troubles started with the overdose of her father. The truth is, her troubles were the residual effects of her parents buried past. Pieces she thought had just began to move in her life were actually owed for the emotional debt her parents were in. She realizes her own origins were all a portrait painted by her mother and father as her life unravels.Would her parents have made different choices if they could have predicted the consequences? Would her life had been better if they had done what society proclaims is "the right thing"? Who is to say they were not convinced they were doing the right thing? Time is the best story teller. It will keep the spoilers to itself and taunt the characters. We walked away from Edith with so many unknowns. Throughout her story, her mother in particular made unapologetic decisions. These decisions seemed to have a motivation only known to herself. Edith is very clear herself about her mother's understood privacy throughout the story. We will finally see, "private for what?"
