Women in theatre for development in Cameroon

Based on field work in the South and North West Provinces of Cameroon, the book describes theatre workshops, theatre projects in rural and semi-urban areas where sedentary farming people interact with semimigrant Mbororo cattle herdsmen. The linguistic, social, religous marginalisation of the Mbororo women is dealt with through Theatre activities that enhance literacy, health care, food and land management.
