Elchin Isgandarzada was born on September 16, 1964 in the city of Shusha of Azerbaijan Republic. He was honored the academic degree of Doctor and professor of Technical Sciences. He is the member of Writers Union of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Bulgaria, Kyrgyzsan, Kosovo, Ukraine and Romania. Elchin Isgandarzada was appointed the Ambassador of Culture in 2004. He is the author of more than 230 scientificworks, 52 inventions, 15 monographs and school supplies, 95 figurativeand scientificbooks. His books have been published in Turkey, Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzsan, Iran, Romania, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Poland, Albania, Uzbekistan, Germany, Ukraine, Syria, Kosovo, Greece, Northern Cyprus Turkish Republic translated into local languages. He was awarded “The World Grand Prize for Poetry in 2010. Elchin Isgandarzada was awarded “Europes Honor Innovator award and the Gold Medal in 2011. He was awarded the honorary title as “European Science and Culture Worker in 2012. Elchin Isgandarzada was awarded Presidents Award in 2014.
