I fled out of my country at the age of twenty-one, after having been raped repeatedly as a child, kidnapped twice, stoned, and forced into a 7-year battle to cure my homosexuality; soon before I fled I was suicidal. A European came into my life and rescued me, proof of the healing power of love. Subsequently, my family rejected me because of my homosexuality. I wrote a book that tells exactly what happened--not to attract your sympathy. Oh, no! The book's only noble purpose is to wake others up and give a new perspective on life.
