The frictional shaft-hub-connections are gaining importance due to the increasing dynamics of machines. Therefore the connections have to be designed lighter and closer to the load limit. The DIN standard [DIN7190_01] helps to evaluate the reliability of the shaft-hub-connection against yielding or the flow of material. But there is no specific evidence to determine the durability.
