This is a one-level course for beginners which uses a comprehension-led approach. It is particularly suitable for adult learners who have not studied for some time, offering strong story lines, with simple language, yet a high cultural content. It is equally suitable for students who want some knowledge of English for leisure or travel, but do not wish to go on to study the language intensively.
