Fuzzy is a donkey who grew up on the Greek island of Corfu. He lived on a farm and had to work hard for many years in the olive groves. One day his owner buys a tractor for the field and did not need Fuzzy anymore. The farmer had heard of a donkey shelter on the island, where old and sick donkeys could spend their old age and he brought him to his new home. Fuzzy – first of all very anxious and cautious – soon finds his new home very comfortable.
