After losing his parents, Peter Parker lives with Aunt May and Uncle Ben in Queens. He leads a normal life until a genetically altered spider bites him during a school trip, granting him spider-like powers. Remembering Uncle Ben's words about responsibility, Peter decides to use his abilities to fight crime, unaware of looming challenges.
