Career Commitment in Film Production

Focusing on the Australian Film Industry, this study explores the performance effectiveness of production workers who feel their rewards do not match their efforts. It identifies eight key factors influencing career commitment, including job satisfaction and autonomy, which collectively enhance worker equity. The research addresses a significant gap in literature, offering insights into career commitment's role and practical guidance for managers to improve workplace relations. Additionally, it highlights the strengths of grounded theory in qualitative analysis within organizational studies.
