Familiar Trouble

In a sleepy Alabama town, Trouble, the son of a renowned cat detective, finds his mundane life disrupted by a serial killer known as the Silk Stocking Killer. Drawing on his father's detective skills and inspiration from Sherlock Holmes, Trouble sets out to protect local bookseller Tammy Lynn after she is attacked. Meanwhile, Deputy Aiden Waters, haunted by his wife's murder, faces his fears of romance as he teams up with Trouble to solve the case and safeguard Tammy, leading to unexpected emotional connections.
