Focusing on the interplay between macroeconomic policies, growth, and poverty reduction, this study synthesizes key findings from policy-oriented case studies conducted by the UNDP Regional Centre in Colombo. It examines various Asian countries to identify and promote pro-poor macroeconomic strategies, emphasizing the importance of tailored policies that can effectively address poverty while fostering economic growth in the region.
