Though celebrated for his creativity, performances and voice, Michael Jackson, through the perfection of the art of video, was one of the very first Black American artists to have used television and the screen to elevate Black bodies. Plagued by the false accusations of child molestation and attacked for the change of his skin tone, the man left a great impact when it comes to the fight for the reappropriation of the Black American body in arts.
