It highlights the environmental consequences of improper disposal of construction, remodeling, and demolition materials. The research involves a comprehensive bibliographical survey examining local management practices, relevant legislation, and state policies, including State Law 12.300/2006 and CONAMA Resolution 307/2002. The goal is to explore effective strategies for reducing the environmental impact of construction waste in the region.
