Focusing on the determinants and effects of occupational accidents, this study analyzes the causes and consequences of such incidents within the National Institute for Professional Preparation. It aims to identify key factors leading to accidents, assess their impact on employees and trainers, and propose strategies for risk prevention. The research is guided by two central questions regarding the major causes of workplace accidents and their effects on staff, establishing a framework for understanding and addressing these critical issues.
