In an era of military downsizing, U.S. leaders are increasingly relying on advanced technology as a force equalizer. With the scope as leverage, they hope to secure a deal. However, their journey to Germany during Oktoberfest reveals dangerous complications, as rival nations and private factions covet the weapon, and some within Germany wish to keep it for themselves. Tension mounts as Hunter and Baldwin navigate a treacherous landscape where their lives are at stake.
