"A wholesome, American couple, Brad and Janet, are stranded one lonely night in a country lane. Seeing a light in a window they call to ask for help but find themselves at the temporary residence of Frank- n- Furter, an itinerant intergalactic transsexual, attended by a hunchback and assorted nymphos. The plot becomes increasingly frenetic with the appearance of Eddie, an old rocker and earlier creation of Frank's; and Frank's seduction of Janet (whilst passing himself off as Brad) and then his seduction of Brad (whilst passing himself off as Janet). Dr Evrett Scott arrives in his wheelchair to save the day but Frank's powers are too great for him.
