Displaying futures

As framed and animated images on the wall, they have changed the world: Displays are shimmering projection screens that accompany and shape our everyday lives. Experienced aides, they are present in a multitude of manifestations all around us, be it at home or in the office, on the road or at the train station, in public or private spaces. “Displaying Futures” is a communication platform that has made it its goal to build bridges and, to this end, brings together experts in the field of perception from both Asia and Europe – Japan and Germany. This publication is intended as interdisciplinary platform for artists, architects and designers alike.
