Ich habe lange überlegt, ob ich dem Buch 3 oder 4 Sterne geben soll, und wenn es möglich gewesen wäre, hätte ich wohl 3,5 gegeben. Anfangs fand ich das Buch recht gut und unterhaltsam, aber dann - spätestens nach der Hälfte - ist es abgeflacht und teils recht langatmig geworden. Auch das Ende war etwas enttäuschend; ich hätte mir bis zum Schluss mehr Spannung gewünscht. So kann ich eigentlich nur sagen, dass ich das Buch weder besonders gut noch besonders schlecht fand, und mein Urteil lautet, dass man es nicht unbedingt lesen muss. Ich möchte noch hinzufügen, dass ich schon einige Bücher von Jojo Moyes gelesen habe, die mir recht gut gefallen haben. Mein Lieblingsbuch von ihr war - und ist - "Über uns der Himmel, unter uns das Meer", wofür ich eine volle Leseempfehlung geben kann!
