Ich war sehr enttäuscht von dem Buch. Die Idee an sich ist gut, kurz und knackig. Aber die Rezepte waren eher geeignet, für größere Geldbeutel und für verwöhnte Leute. Die Zutaten hat kaum ein Mensch zu Hause. Es ist keine Alltagsküche, mehr Richtung Gourmet. Nix für mich.

Spannende aber auch verrückte Rezepte. Man merkt, dass er ein französischer Koch ist. Aber trotzdem mal was ganz anderes und super einfache Rezepte.
