Utilizing a descriptive survey design, 95 respondents, including beneficiaries and institution officials, were analyzed through structured and unstructured questionnaires. Key findings indicate significant relationships between borrower supervision, credit policies, loan appraisal processes, and recovery procedures with repayment defaults. The study advocates for educational campaigns promoting group loans, particularly for traders.
