Impact of Teaching Practice on B.ED Trainees

The study explores how teaching practice influences teachers' adjustment and vocational interest among female B.Ed trainees from three colleges in Moga District. Utilizing the Teacher Adjustment Inventory and Vocational Interest Record, the research analyzes data from 100 randomly selected participants. Findings reveal a significant positive correlation between teaching practice and both teachers' adjustment and vocational interest, highlighting the importance of practical experience in shaping future educators' professional development.
