Old Father Time

Set in London across various centuries, the plot revolves around Old Father Time, who resides in Big Ben and controls time. When Big Ben unexpectedly stops, he discovers that the malicious Flying Sauceress has stolen his almanac, which holds the secrets to his powers. Joined by his charlady, Mrs. Sparkle, and his Watchdog, Old Father Time embarks on an adventurous quest to reclaim his almanac and restore the flow of time.
