They enable Muslims to approach or even reach the state of Ihsan. Without the Imams, there is no Tasawwuf, and without Tasawwuf, there is no Ihsan. Since Ihsan constitutes one-third of faith, belief in the Twelve Imams is, therefore, integral to faith itself!”
