This book discusses the human self and how to confront it, requiring sincerity, determination, and ambition, away from despair, and crowned with humility, hope, and the effort to make constructive decisions based on emotional intelligence, ultimately leading to satisfaction and happiness in human life. I drew these ideas and messages and presented them through video recordings from my car over three years, and then I compiled them into this book. Given my communication on social media, especially with women, I wanted to document this in a way that benefits everyone.
