I've worked in small-scale industries for thirteen years. About two and a half years ago, I had an idea to empower small businesses in my country. I left my job and began my research. I interviewed a sizable number of managers, owners, and employees to identify the blind spots. The inference was that most small business owners don't feel proud and serious about their businesses. There are nineteen key areas that, in my research, need to be prioritized for a small business to function at its top standard.
