BiSL products focus on Business Information a professional approach to business information management and good co-ordination of the required processes has become essential. BiSL covers the effective integration of IT activities (in-house or outsourced) and overall information provision to the organization. Established nearly a decade ago this framework has gone from strength to the frameworks provide specific guidance for managers and practitioners in the application management and business information management domains and easily interface with other generic frameworks such as ISO/IEC20000 and ITIL.
