Mikia is attacked one night by a masked intruder. She slowly drifts into death, losing her consciousness as the blood pours from her body. She wakes up in a waiting room surrounded by five other people in a similar state. Whilst they wait to be seen by the Angel of judgement Michael they are given a chance to revisit pivotal moments in each others live's, solve their own murders and eradicate their imperfections. They are driven through the various after life stops by an after life taxi driver called Godfrey. They are assisted in their quest by some of the people they left behind on earth who are still alive. Why did Susan a beautiful young woman, from a good background kill herself? Did she kill herself? Why was Melinda a corporate PA for a huge CEO murdered in cool blood? Why was Carlos a young, decent man fresh out of college in the prime of his life murdered and was he ever really sick? Why was Titus a stable married man and good husband attacked and slaughtered in the park? Was it an innocent attack or was there more to it than meets the eye.
