The biography details the early life of Sir Thomas More, born in 1478 to a prominent family in London. His education began at St. Anthony's School, leading to a significant relationship with Cardinal John Morton, who recognized his intelligence and potential. More's time in Morton's household provided him with opportunities that shaped his future, including studies at Canterbury College, Oxford, where he learned Greek from notable scholars. He later pursued law at Lincoln's Inn after Morton's death, setting the stage for his influential career.
